The 5 Week Ultra-Beginner Program
"I have two left feet." We hear you, and we’re here for you.
The Ultra-Beginner program is a "no-judgment zone" designed specifically for those who have never stepped into a dance studio or haven't danced in years. We break down the absolute basics of rhythm, coordination, and body awareness at a pace that feels supportive and fun.
The Focus: Beginner fundamental heels moves (with a little push), understanding counts, and building muscle memory.
The Vibe: Low pressure, high encouragement, and foundational growth. The Result: You’ll leave with the coordination and confidence to join any open-level class.

The 5-Week Confidence Program
Master the heels. Master your mindset.
This isn't just a dance class; it's a breakthrough. Our signature Confidence Program uses heels dance as a medium to dismantle limiting beliefs and help you embody your most authentic, powerful self.
The Focus: Intermediate technical heels mechanics, posture, hair whips, and "performance" presence.
The Vibe: Empowering, soulful, and transformative.
The Result: A total shift in how you carry yourself, both on and off the dance floor.

More programs coming to you this summer besides our heels programs:
5 Week KPOP: 5 weeks training on all kpop aesthetics; lines, facials, stage presence. Final video will be a fun group choreo.
5 Week Sneakers: Training in a single choreo to get more grooves, twerk, hip hop and jazz funk styles into our body.
5 Week Heels Fundamentals: No choreo and just quality time building on fundamentals each week, from the walk, rolls, waves, common moves and floor choreo.
