We combine a holistic approach to dance. More than technical proficiency, we focus on building confidence, self-love, and comfortability in our bodies. We nurture connection with ourselves and with others while doing so.
We are not limited to beginner moves, but we teach at a beginner pace. Thus, classes are two hours long instead of the standard one hour.

Yes and YES! It is made for beginners and first-time dancers.
But it will require you to be brave doing something new, and learn how to trust that you can do hard things.
We know finding safe spaces are hard, and we hope Heal in Heels can become another home for you.
